The book is the story of my early experience with abuse and the long-lasting impact on my future relationship choices. Many will recognize the signs I missed. Journalizing helped me identify my role, take back control and find the courage to stand up for myself and my children. The book is also a guide with lessons for other women and the family and friends supporting them.
The book is available to purchase for $45 (includes shipping) click here. This price includes access to Part ONE of the UR Guided Journal AND a private conversation with Lori.
The UR Guided Journal is designed for people who may not be "in" to journalling. It has an easy-to-follow question and answer format that gently prompts for answers to important questions you may have been asking yourself for some time. Your story is unique, but the pathway you are on is well-traveled. Your answers will guide you towards a better, safer future.
4 Support Sessions are offered. In between each session, participants will complete another part of their UR Guided journal. Theses are linked with the "My Pathway" and "My Revised Pathway".
The four sessions may be accessed individually or in a small group. They may be scheduled in-person or virtually (zoom or other meeting application). The support sessions and pathway documents are for your eyes only. Your information is secure within each pathway document.

However, if you have reason to hesitate, or prefer a self-study exercise, consider me your girlfriend, or mentor. Someone who has “been there”. Not everyone has that kind of friend in their lives. The last thing you need is someone who reacts negatively to what you’re going through.
You may access an individual support session after completing Part ONE of the UR Guided Journal.
If you decide to access Parts TWO, THREE, FOUR – the support sessions provide more opportunities to connect. After Exiting the pathway, more opportunities to connect are possible.
